Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
Service scope
Tierworld provides a feature-rich tier list editor with multi-project management, card editing, import/export support, templates, and preview tools.
Users can create, edit, and export local projects, and can also use template assets provided by the site.
The site currently focuses on local-first editing and template usage only. Public UGC community features are not available yet, which means user data and actions are not uploaded to the server and remain stored on the user’s device.
Accounts and usage
The site currently does not require registration to use its features, though account systems or permission limits may be introduced in the future.
Intellectual property
The website, templates, interface design, software code, images, text, and other provided content are owned by the Tierworld development team.
Copyright for exported content belongs to the original rights holder, including the user or the template provider. Users are responsible for ensuring their use does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Without permission, users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use site content or template assets.
User conduct
Users may not upload, create, or publish unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content.
Users may not use the site in ways that damage operations, interfere with others, or violate law or regulation.
Users must ensure that imported or uploaded assets, including images and text, are legally usable or properly licensed. Any disputes or liabilities arising from unauthorized content remain the user’s responsibility.
Import, export, and data
Users may export projects to local files and should only import files from trusted sources.
The site is not responsible for the safety or compatibility of files imported locally by users.
The site aims to keep data safe but cannot guarantee zero data loss. Users should back up important files themselves.
Disclaimer
All features are provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of perfect reliability or uninterrupted availability.
Tierworld is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the site.
By using the site, users accept the risks involved, especially around import/export actions and local storage.
Changes to these terms
The site may modify, update, or supplement these terms at any time, and changes take effect once announced on the site or listed on an update page.
Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising from these terms or site usage should first be resolved through good-faith discussion, and failing that, submitted to a competent court in Malaysia.
